The recruitment Bunker is recruiting for an experienced Group Procurement Administrator for a leading company based in Coventry.
The DRVN group are looking for an experienced Group Procurement Administrator with an understanding of the Automotive Engineering industry to support our procurement team with all administrative tasks that surround the teams sourcing activities for our automotive projects.
The ideal candidate will have a strong administrative background, great communication skills, and confidence to work within a team to support deliverables.

Responsibilities
- Support all procurement activities
- Attend meetings where required
- Maintain a supplier register
- Maintain a procurement log
- Maintain relationships with suppliers and internal customers
- Liaise with suppliers regarding queries
- Perform low risk procurement activities
- Produce reports where requested
- Any other ad hoc activities requested.
Essential Skills
- Experience of working within a purchasing administrative role - preferably Automotive/Manufacturing environment within a fast paced, forward-thinking business
- Liaise and communicate with other departments, suppliers, and other service providers
- Ability to manage one s own time, multitask and prioritise workload accordingly
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong communication skills verbal and written
- To be a self-starter, using own initiative and think things through to solution
- IT literate Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Demonstrates good emotional intelligence, ethics, and professionalism
- Organised, Methodical but Flexible approach to workload.
