WHAT TO EXPECT
In this role, you will be working in an Agile environment where you will ensure all charging squads come together to deliver, on time, a product that exceeds the customer expectations.
As Group Product Owner, your responsibility is to lead, integrate and calibrate the individual charging products into a combined plan. The goal is to design and develop the best charging product in the market faster than our competitors.
Crucial in this role, is the ability to take responsibility for the creation and maintenance of a Charging Product Roadmap which is aligned with business and BEV2.0 domain expectations as well as ensuring the coordination between EPCD squads and product roadmaps.
Further requirements for the role include, but are not limited to:
- Being accountable for the charging products shipment to customers (Right content, right quality; on time).
- Support EPCD squads Product Owners on the visibility of resources needed to meet the roadmap.
- Ensure EPCD squads are aligned with domain roadmap and expectations as well as informing stakeholders.
- Engage cross-functionally with Vehicle Line, Industrial Operations, Engineering Operations, Procurement and Finance teams (through the Propulsion Unit Line Director).
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
Successful candidates will need to demonstrate their ability to provide technical leadership and support the development of a team of highly skilled delivery, design, release, integration, validation and attribute engineers.
Being a Product Owner role, the position requires an individual who is able to challenge existing thinking in a positive way whilst building credibility and trust through experience and personal style.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Essential:
- Extensive understanding of the complex landscape of charging expectations and needs across global markets.
- Proven experience delivering Charging Systems for BEV platforms.
- Experience leading and driving groups larger than 100+ engineers during quarter business reviews and big room planning events.
- Ability to communicate and present to Executive directors and Board level representatives.
