We are delighted to be recruiting a Guest ServicesTeam Member to support with guest welcome and concierge service. You will already have excellent planning and organizational skills and be a strong communicator.

The successful candidate will be hands on and be responsible to ensure the department runs smoothly and efficiently.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Be the face of the hotel lobby
• Communicate with hotel and food and beverage team regarding groups and events
• Provide service in a professional manner and in line with SOPs
• Give the guest the best experience possible
• Demonstrate warmth, care and interest in guests and their stay
• Complaint handling
• Take responsibility for your working area
• Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues
• Meet, greet, seat guests
• To ensure you always uphold the reputation of the hotel
• Maintain a supportive, positive, learning working environment

When you join our team we meet you off the ferry and assign you a buddy to show you around. We provide live-in accommodation in a dedicated block and staff meals.
