Working at a buzzy independent in the heart of Soho serving Tuscan-Inspired Cuisine and a stellar wine list across a cosy downstairs bar and window counter, and elegant upstairs dining room.
A great salary of up to £50,000 a year.Seasonal and creative dishes.Award winning, simply executed dishes focusing on great taste and quality.Championing authentic Italian dishes, using traditional methods as well as modern techniques. Pasta making is an essential skill.This is a great opportunity for a Sous Chef or Senior Sous chef with a Fine Dining background to step into their first Head Chef role.Or for a current Head Chef looking to push themselves and train a team to reach great heights.The restaurant is an exciting concept.
