Duties

• Oversee all aspects of the kitchen and food preparation
• Create and develop menus, ensuring variety and quality
• Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
• Train and supervise kitchen staff, including cooks, prep cooks, and dishwashers
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Monitor food quality and presentation
• Collaborate with restaurant management to develop new dishes and concepts
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
  

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a restaurant setting
• In-depth knowledge of culinary techniques and practices
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Creativity and innovation in menu planning
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality and presentation
