Hospitality/Fine DiningHead Chef, City of London, £60k
Recruiting for an experienced, passionate and creative Hospitality/Fine DiningHead Chef for our client based in The City of London.
Working for a leading contract caterer, this prestigious site has an extremely busy Hospitality/Fine Dining department. The food produced here is of the highest quality and ranges from working lunches to canapés and sit down formal lunches/dinners. All food is freshly prepared using seasonal ingredients and presentation is essential.
As the Hospitality Head Chef, you will be
* producing high standard food with attention to detail and presentation
* working closely with the Exec Chef to create menus and dishes as well as liaise with clients for occasional bespoke menus
* managing the kitchen team in the hospitality department to ensure levels and standards are maintained
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
Our ideal candidate would be
* a Head Chef with a proven work history within hospitality and/or fine dining
* experienced within B&I corporate hospitality or a fine dining restaurant
* able to produce stunning, creative food with attention to detail and presentation
* a strong leader with the ability to work well within a team
* an excellent communicator with strong organizational skills
* level headed and able to work under pressure
* genuinely passionate about food and ingredients as well as up to date with trends
