We are looking for an experienced and quality gastropub Head Chef that can cook excellent rosette level food and push for 2 rosettes this year.
This is a high-quality flagship site in a small independent award winning group of 5 great pubs just outside London.

All the food is made fresh on site and the menus will reflect the British seasons.
There will be use of fresh dayboat fish and local game.

We are looking for a real professional that can come in and lead the team to 2 rosettes by setting standards in the kitchen.

There is flexibility for the right candidate to progress in this role and there will be an element of multisite and staff training already in your week, so a candidate with executive chef ambitions would be perfect for this.

This would suit someone from a London gastropub, quality restaurant group or rosette level independent.
