Experienced Head Concierge needed at this mixed use large modern development in London, Victoria. The purpose of the Head Concierge role is to assist the Building Management team in ensuring that the highest level of customer care and service is provided to all residents and clients. You will be required to conduct regular site inspections, maintain and monitor security, and help to ensure the safety of all residents, guest and staff at the development. The ideal candidate will have significant experience gained within a similar role, the ability to manage and lead a team, previous experience of delivering excellent customer service, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a good understanding of Health and Safety processes.
