GRG are partnering with a phenomenal not-for-profit organisation, who are expanding their Business Support function. In this newly created role, this organisation is seeking a Head of Administration, providing exceptional administrative support to oversee and lead three business departments. The successful candidate will be working for an employer who values their employees and provides a supportive work environment. This is an exciting opportunity to join a company that is dedicated to making a difference in their field, and within this full-time role, will have the benefit of working remotely, with the occasional flexible travel to London as business requires.
The Head of Administration will be responsible for overseeing all administrative functions within the organisation, reporting directly to the Company Secretary and Board. This role will include managing a team of administrative staff, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficiently, and developing and implementing administrative policies and procedures. You will need to work independently, prioritise tasks effectively, and have excellent communication and organisation skills.
The ideal candidate for this role will have significant experience in a senior administration lead / Business support background and people management. You will need to be able to work well under pressure, have excellent problem-solving skills, and be able to think strategically. The successful candidate will also need to be able to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation, and be able to evidence strong leadership skills, predominantly virtually.
