Head of Block Management – Residential Estate Agency
Location: Brighton, BN1
Salary: £70k
Position: Permanent – Full Time
 
We are delighted to be working  with a prestigious client in the Brighton area. This award-winning company is a market leader and is looking for a driven and tenacious Head of Block Management to join their team.
 
About the Role:
As Head of Block Management, you will have full autonomy and will play a crucial role in driving the business forward. You will be responsible for overseeing a team of property managers, ensuring the highest standards of customer service, and leading major works projects.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of Property Managers
• Liaise with leaseholders effectively
• Conduct site visits in Brighton & Hove areas
• Set and manage complex service charge budgets
• Oversee and lead Major Works projects
• Drive the business forward through proactive management

What We Are Looking For:

• IRPM qualification 
• Extensive Block Management experience
• Strong experience in team management and supervision
• Familiarity with Section 20 Notices
• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
• Excellent telephone manner and a positive attitude
• Highly professional and well-presented
• Knowledge of Brighton and surrounding areas is beneficial
• Full UK Driving License is essential
