Head of Business Development 30 hours per week Salary starting £40,474 per annum (pro rata) Incentives: Generous holiday allowance, stakeholder pension, Employee Assistance Programme. You will play a key role in their committed, enthusiastic, and supportive Senior Leadership Team and enjoy a challenging role which brings great job satisfaction. You will have the ability to lead on developing brand awareness and the breadth of their income generation, initiating new and following up on existing opportunities to help the business grow. You will be responsible for: - Working with the CEO and Senior Leadership Team to further develop and deliver the organisations three-year strategy - Developing and maintaining relationships with existing and potential donors - Further developing and delivering an organisation wide communications plan - Identifying and maximising income generation opportunities including through buildings and paid for services The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate: - Excellent communication skills - A positive attitude - Plentiful initiative - Understanding of what makes an organisation stand out above others Closing date: 5pm 30th May 2024 Interview date: To be confirmed.
