The Children’s Trust is the success story of Birmingham!  We have a track record of driving improvement and delivering for the city’s children and families, and we have a great opportunity for the right person to join a strong leadership team to help take us forwards.  The context is a challenging one but that has not diminished our ambitions to maintain the momentum of our improvement,The role sits in the Executive Leadership Team and is responsible for all the core organisational functions upon which the Trust depends for running efficiently and effectively.  Internal to the Trust this involves supporting the Chief Executive with the effective operation of the leadership team, programme management and communications .
