The role sits in the Executive Leadership Team and is responsible for all the core organisational functions upon which the Trust depends for running efficiently and effectively. Internal to the Trust this involves supporting the Chief Executive with the effective operation of the leadership team, programme management and communications . Externally it involves supporting the core relationship with the council, our wider partnerships locally, regionally and nationally, as well as leading our Business Development as we build our role in sector-led improvement.
