We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Central Operations or Senior General Manager to oversee our operations, ensure top-notch customer service, and support our dedicated team.

About the position

• Oversee and streamline daily operations, ensuring efficiency and excellence in service.
• Primarily day-time hours with one weekend required per month.
• Support and mentor staff, fostering a motivated and high-performing team.
• Maintain and enhance customer satisfaction by upholding our high standards of hospitality.
• Implement and monitor compliance with franchise agreements and brand standards.

The successful candidate

• Previous experience as Head of Central Operations or Senior General Manager hospitality required.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven record of achieving financial targets and driving business growth.
