As Head of Client Services you will be responsible for client relationships across various sectors such as B2B, E-commerce, Healthcare, Sports/Leisure and Travel.
Responsibilities include:
- Understanding client needs and objectives and providing strategic guidance for the managers owning the accounts.
- Overseeing the team of account managers, ensuring they are equipped to deliver the highest quality of service to clients. This involves mentorship, training, and performance evaluation.
- Working closely with the digital consultancy team to develop and implement innovative strategies that drive client success.
- Emphasising the importance of continuous learning and development in digital marketing, both for the team and clients.
- Collaborating with various departments to provide integrated digital solutions and maintain the agency's reputation for delivering results.
- Reviewing and ensuring client retainers are being appropriately planned out with time used effectively.
- Providing operational support to leadership team: Work side-by-side with the Managing Director and leadership team to multiply effectiveness and efforts.
- Identifying issues before they occur and work on solutions, or highlight to the relevant person to solve, proactively keeping us one step ahead.
About you:
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of digital channels including Organic Search, Paid Search, Paid Social and SEO and have proven experience in digital marketing (SEO, Paid Search and Social) and Client Services, ideally in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and how they can be leveraged for client success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- A track record of managing teams and supporting their growth and development.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to translate client needs into actionable plans.
