About the role:
We are seeking to recruit an experienced curriculum manager to take on this exciting and varied role as Head of Department at our Construction Centre of Excellence based at Southall Community College. You will have extensive knowledge and experience within your area of expertise, and a wider experience of managing a range of craft trades, building services and Motor Vehicle maintenance. We offer Brick, Carpentry, Electrical, Plastering, Plumbing and Property maintenance to young and adult learners and a growing number of apprentices. Our Motor Vehicle department offers level 1 - 3 IMI qualifications.
We need your passion and commitment to lead this department and deliver outstanding outcomes for our community. We need a self-starter who can engage with a wide range of stakeholders and develop industry-relevant programmes of study to enable our learners to secure bright and successful futures.
