People, Project and Brand Management
Work closely with the Artistic Director and Executive Producer, offering reports and insight.
Support Arcola Theatre's organisational communications and development.
Manage project communications, involving and coordinating key stakeholders.
Maintain cross-marketing relationships with similar organisations.
Working with the Executive Producer to raise the profile and reach of Arcola Theatre locally, nationally and internationally, including growing and managing relationships with key press contacts.
Line management of the marketing department
Audience Development
Create a blueprint for growing audiences, increasing reach and building deeper relationships.
Working with the Marketing Manager to deliver audience development strategies to engage local audiences, as well as global majority audiences and under 30s.
Utilising and evaluating audience data in our CRM (Spektrix) to build a ticketing and sales strategy, and create digital marketing campaigns.
Analysing audience data responses through the Illuminate dashboard and ensuring Arcola remains compliant with our Arts Council England obligations
General Marketing Responsibilities
To increase revenue through marketing of productions, merchandise and auxiliary income.
Supporting the promotion of Arcola's wider activity including Participation projects, Arcola Bar and Supporters scheme.
Liaising with Front of House and Participation teams to ensure the success of community engagement events such as post-show Q&A
Identifying ways that Arcola can better support our local community in line with our artistic mission
Managing and working collaboratively with the Marketing Manager, Marketing Assistant and the rest of the organisation, to ensure the success of the department and its activity.
