Are you a passionate and experienced art educator looking for a leadership role? Join our prestigious Catholic independent senior school for girls in Kensington and Chelsea as the Head of Art and inspire students with your creativity and vision.
Head of Art Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Art department, ensuring high-quality teaching and learning.
- Develop and implement an engaging and dynamic art curriculum.
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment that nurtures students' artistic talents.
- Organize and oversee art exhibitions and school-wide art events.
- Support and mentor other teachers in the department, promoting professional development.
Head of Art Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification.
- Strong knowledge of Art education and curriculum development.
- Proven leadership skills and experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to creating a safe and inclusive learning environment.
