Hours: Full time 35 hours per week
Location: Home-based covering North East England, Yorkshire and Northern Ireland. Candidates must live on patch or within 50 miles due to business need.

We are looking for an ambitious and organised Relationship Executive to join our Supporter Led Fundraising team in the Northeast. You'll be acting as the face of the organisation by managing and developing relationships with Individuals, Group and Corporate Supporters who raise funds for Cancer Research UK. This will mainly be via phone or email, so you'll be able to provide excellent customer service and possess top notch communication skills. We are looking for someone who is passionate about our cause, as well as someone looking to develop through the team, there will be plenty of opportunity for you to get involved in managing higher potential supporters and supporting the Relationship Managers and Divisional Manager
What will I be doing?
Managing initial and ongoing contact for Lower, Mid Value or Light Touch relationships, including and not limited to Individuals, Fundraising Groups, Corporate Organisations.
Providing excellent customer service to support fundraisers via phone and e-mail, enhancing their experience and driving increased Income and lifetime value
Providing timely contact to Supporters at various stages of their fundraising journey.
Identifying and cultivating leads with a strong focus on lifetime value to CRUK, re-engaging lapsed supporters and generating potential leads in collaboration with the Acquisition team
Identify Supporters with high value potential or specific stewardship requirements across Income streams, and pass relationships to the Relationship Manager to maximise income,
Responsible for achieving agreed Income target(s)
Ensure Supporter records are entered and maintained on CRM systems and associated databases
What skills will I need?
A proactive approach and problem solving attitude
Experience of providing excellent customer service or account support
Strong and clear communication skills, both written and verbal
Good listening skills, able to build effective and valuable relationships with both Supporters and Colleagues alike
Experience of working collaboratively
Excellent attention to detail with experience of using a database management system (such as Siebel or salesforce)
Excellent organisation and time management skills
