Rthirteen are currently assisting a thriving business based in Norwich with their search for a Head of Customer Growth to join their team. You will be an integral addition to an already successful and driven team, and your role will focus on attracting new customers to the organisation by creating a top tier customer acquisition strategy.
This is a full-time permanent role working 9:00 - 5:30 Monday to Friday. The offered salary for this position is up to £60,000-£70,000 dependent on experience.

The day to day:
- Creating and executing a well-thought our customer acquisition strategy with a focus on appropriate sales channels, budget and volume.
- Actively going out to identify companies to partner with based off potential ROI and synergy in company values.
- Working alongside the partnership team to develop acquisition strategy in this area.
- Utilising demographic, social and mosaic profiling to source best matched customers.
- Regularly reviewing performance across channels.
You will have/be:
- Proven experience delivering new customers in a D2C environment.
- A strong background in identifying and securing new corporate level partnerships.
- Excellent communication skills at all levels and the ability to develop strong partnerships to drive scale/growth.
- Strong knowledge of digital acquisition, marketing strategies and social acquisition.
- Experienced in Digital/CRM/Direct Response marketing.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and deliver results.
