We are looking to appoint a dynamic and inspirational Head of Department, from September 2024, to lead our English department, based on our Secondary site, from September 2024.
The successful candidate will lead a committed team of experienced teachers, in delivering exceptional learning experiences for all students; have leadership and management experience and proven outstanding classroom practice; be highly organised; knowledgeable in using data to support students and have the ability to communicate effectively with clarity and sensitivity to the school community.
You will have high expectations, a commitment to raising standards, possess up-to-date knowledge and understanding of teaching and behaviour management strategies, with a passion to enhance the learningexperience of all our students.
