Brief Overview:   

Forsyth Barnes are currently working with an exciting Automotive company based in West Yorkshire in their search for a Head of Marketing. The right individual will have strong digital marketing experience within the automotive sales sector, with a strong focus on PPC, Paid Social, Email Marketing and Social Media. This is a great opportunity for someone who makes quick decisions, is proactive, ambitious and is looking for a challenge.   

Head of Marketing - Responsibilities:

• Set, track and report on KPIs relevant to this role such as acquisition & retention targets and CAC - and show drive in continuously getting better results from your work in line with the ambitious growth expectation.
• Analyse and report on ROI of Marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Execute in-person, online, social and offline campaigns.
• Customer experience insights - working with the customer experience team to provide local market insights.
• Brand experience contribution - working with our brand team to shape the brand identity.
• Delivering creative assets that will drive and support the commercial ambitions of the business.
• Must have a strong background in brand, design and creative industry experience.
• Must have a full understanding of the target market and how consumers wants to see the product, wants to see a brand express itself and always being a step aHead of the competition.

Head of Marketing - Skills: 

• Background in the Automotive industry or B2B product industry. 
• Background in multiple channels of Digital Marketing.
• Strong social media skills ideally with strong local knowledge.
• Experience of managing agencies
