Role Overview:

As the Head of Design at MetaWin, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual and interactive aspects of our NFT gaming platform. We are seeking a leader with a passion for gaming and an understanding of Web3 technologies to drive our design team towards creating captivating and user-friendly gaming interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design of engaging and intuitive online gambling or gaming experiences.
• Develop design strategies that align with the unique requirements of blockchain-based gaming platforms.
• Oversee the design process from concept to execution, ensuring high standards of quality and innovation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including blockchain developers, game designers, and marketing, to ensure a cohesive user experience.
• Conduct user research and usability testing specific to online gaming environments.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in Web3 technology, online gaming, and UI/UX design.
• Mentor team members, fostering a culture of creativity and continuous learning.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years experience in UI/UX design, with a strong preference for experience in online online gambling or gaming platforms.
• Proven leadership experience in a design role.
• Portfolio showcasing expertise in interactive design, particularly in gaming or related fields.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools, with an understanding of blockchain technology's impact on user experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead and inspire a team.
• Adaptability in a fast-paced and evolving tech landscape.
