Our business is multi-faceted, we run restaurants, cafés and bars while delivering a vast range of Events from film premieres to boardroom lunches. We are though much more than that, we have a pioneering roastery setting the agenda on gender equality in the coffee supply chain. We brew beer, we blend gin, we create teas, we have a multi award-winning wine programme, we visit farms, we research and write menus in response to Tate’s diverse programme, and we collaborate with artists and curators.

We are looking for a passionate, knowledgeable and experienced Head of Events to join our teams at Tate.

Our Ideal candidate will have experience of leading a team of Event Managers, they will be passionate about events and the logistical operations that surround them. They will be motivated to find sustainable solutions for events and have a solid understanding of Health and Safety around events. They will understand what it is to work in a cultural venue, and will be excited about working across the gallery looking for solutions and solving problems. They are an effective communicator, a relationship builder and someone who is comfortable and confident in their ability to overcome anything that is thrown their way.
