Duties include:
- Supporting FD and other members of the board with strategic decision making
- Ensuring financial compliance and staying abreast of changing regulatory requirements
- Supporting key stakeholders to develop increased profitability through strong financial control and education
- Cash management, board pack production, team management
Person specification:
- Qualification i.e ACCA, ACA, CIMA
- Experience in a similar role
