Head Of Finance

Hays Senior Finance has been retained to work with a privately owned business in the Financial Services sector. This growing and profitable business is regulated yet remains agile and innovative. The business has been growing over the last few years and is highly profitable. Systems and controls are well-developed but there is still the opportunity to make improvements and add value.
As Head of Finance you will be No1 in finance reporting to the Board of Directors and ensuring all financial reporting deadlines are met - both internally and externally. You will manage a small team and form part of the senior leadership team. You will be responsible for management and statutory accounts for several legal entities and the holding company. We are ideally looking for previous experience within a regulated industry and you must be able to commute to the Chester area - this is not a fully remote role. The company offers private medical, flexi-time, bonus and generous holidays.
