£45,000 – £50,000 + Commission Structure
Head Office Warrington with weekly regional travel.
The Opportunity
My client is a growing regional supplier of high-quality residential carpets and flooring solutions. They are a pioneer in innovative payment solutions that benefit their customers and owing to their exemplary end-to-end customer service, they have developed repeat business and a strong customer reputation.
The Role
• To manage a growing team of self-employed Sales/Estimating agents
• Defining and communicating KPIs and targets.
• Analyse market trends and consumer behaviours
• Develop strategies to boost Sales in the new markets.
• Make data-driven decisions to optimise the Company’s commercial performance consistently.
• Lead by example – out with the team providing in-field training.
• Liaise with the Customer Service team to optimise appointments and digital enquiries.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard top-tier Sales professionals with a focus on building a high-performing team.
• Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the Sales/Estimator team.
• Sales Reporting
• Design and manage commission schemes that incentivise and reward performance
• Consistent performance management of the sales team.
• Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing initiatives and campaigns.
About You
• Proven experience in a senior sales management role is essential.
• Ideally you will have managed field based Sales Representatives.
• Any experience in the home improvement or flooring industry would be advantageous but not essential.
• Strong record of recruiting, developing, and leading successful Sales teams.
• Excellent communication (oral and written), negotiation, and people skills.
