A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen due to company restructuring for an exceptional Head of Sales to join our award-winning team at Encirc. Reporting into the ExCo Sales and Marketing Director - Glass you will lead the team of Glass Sales Account Managers and Executives, conceiving, implementing, and ensuring effective sales strategies.
As Head of Sales, you will also provide leadership for the team of Glass Account Managers & Executives across our 2 UK sites to maintain and develop customer base, sales volume, revenue, and profitability whilst making sure we maximise on value and profits for the company to ensure “Best in Class” service for our customers.
The Key Requirements
- Proven experience in sales management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, planning and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales performance data and market trends.
- Commitment to customers – evident customer-centric focus, performance accountability, innovation and adaptability, positive energy, respect, teamwork, and absolute integrity.
- Driven and highly motivated individual with a collaborative style.
