Rare opportunity to join the Senior Management Team of an award winning youth charity, as our new Head of Estates. The Head of Estates holds overall responsibility for managing and providing strategic direction over the land and buildings owned, leased or managed by Creative Youth Network (CYN), with a focus on:
- Setting and delivering on the strategic development of CYN’s estates
- Generating income from rental to a diverse group of tenants, licensees and hirers, with the aim that all surpluses are reinvested for CYN’s core charitable purposes
- Ensuring the smooth operational running of CYN’s estates, ensuring that our premises are safe, effective, welcoming and inclusive, and high quality venues from which CYN and its partner organisations can work and deliver services for young people.
The Head of Estates is a member of the CYN Senior Management Team, and as such also holds collective responsibility for the overall running of the charity.
About The Role
Salary: £49,334 per annum ( £39,467 pro rata)
Grade: 4.6
Hours: 32 hours per week - Full time negotiable for the right candidate
