Form of workA private equity backed innovative market leader in their field are looking to appoint a Group Head of Finance, this is a newly created role reporting into a CFO who will act as an excellent mentor. This is a great opportunity to gain PE exposure and join a business who are growing rapidly. Heading up the Finance team you will be responsible for the following:
- Consolidating monthly management accounts across their two businesses
- Creating the board pack
- Overseeing all financial processes including statutory reporting
- Managing the cash position of the business
- Taking a lead on the annual budget preparation
- Leading on the annual audit process
To be considered you must have the following experience:
- Experience at Group level
- Multi-currency experience
- A strong financial accounting background
- Be ACA Qualified
- Experience of managing a finance team ideally across multiple sites
- Be open to occasional travel
