Core responsibilities will typically include:
- Prioritise and agree the Business Improvement projects, which underpin the strategic objectives and key operational requirements.
- To own the Policy tree and partner with key stakeholders to ensure a full suite of comprehensive and compliant policies.
- To support a cyclical review process.
- To develop, implement and ensure delivery of the Procurement Strategy.
- To establish and support processes to ensure the Association’s business and customer data is accurate, relevant and maintained.
- To partner the Technology team and Operations to establish and support systems to enable the accurate and timely reporting of Management Information.
- To develop an audit strategy, which delivers recommendations on internal control enhancements and how to mitigate issues identified that are both practical and sustainable.
- To assess organisation wide compliance with internal policies and procedures, legislation and regulations, service standards and controls addressing operational risks.
Expected Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- Relevant experience delivering Business Improvement initiatives hands on.
- Quality, Compliance and Risk, experience of implementing robust risk strategies/frameworks and working to make sure there are internal controls in place and the business is compliant.
- Able to understand governance, best practice and regulatory requirements within industry and advise the business on new requirements.
- Comfortable managing the internal audit piece and mitigating issues.
- Experienced developing and reviewing processes & policies to ensure compliance.
- Ability to use Process mapping (current tool being used is ProMapp).
- Effective Project Management skills (ideally hold Prince 2)
- Natural affinity with data & reporting, comfortable presenting to the Exec Team.
- Ability to engage colleagues, bringing people on the journey to drive Business Improvement.
- Degree Educated.
Ideal: Property Sector experience.
