Head Of Finance - Part Time

Our client is looking to appoint a new Head of Finance to help establish, implement, and oversee the financial teams within a small group. You will work closely with senior business partners and advisers to ensure ongoing delivery and support to the businesses.

Description

• Take full ownership of the finance function
• Monitor performance and controls of the group
• Oversee the finance teams in each business unit
• Design and implement ongoing management financial reports
• Establish forecasting and budgeting processes and reports across the group
• Manage finance projects
• Support on the delivery of the finance strategy and processes
• Maintain regular financial reporting structures
• Establish then maintain processes with advisers / providers.
• Partner with providers Of Finance as required
• Define finance policies
• Take ownership of integration for finance matters for future acquisitions

£65,000 - £75,000 , 3 days office, 2 days home + 10k bonus

They will look at 4 days per week, pro rata for the right candidate.
