They are looking for a Head of Finance Systems to join their established finance team and report directly into the Finance Director.
Description
- Collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders to shape, test and implement different change initiatives within Finance
- Ensure a smooth transition as part of migrating to the cloud project
- Identifying and implementing improvements and working with colleagues to identify and manage them
- Managing the financial reporting process and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
- Providing strategic financial guidance and support to senior management.
- Monitoring and controlling departmental budgets and expenditure.
- Creating and implementing internal audit procedures.
- Developing and maintaining productive relationships with stakeholders.
- Leading and mentoring the finance team to drive performance and professional growth.
Profile
A successful Head of Finance Systems should have:
- Lead Finance Systems change projects previously.
- A good understanding of how financial systems are configured and how data flows within systems.
- Strong technical skills with the ability to implement and manage Finance Systems.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Superior communication and negotiation skills.
- A strong understanding of financial regulations and standards.
Job Offer
