SalaryOur client is entering an exciting period of growth - strong market conditions, new contract wins and recent increased investment - and is now in a position to recruit a Head of Finance with potential of FD-ship within the short to medium term. Their current turnover is around £20m and this role comes with a number of opportunities:
- Working closely with the board/management team to control costs, ensuring that profits are maximized
- Developing the finance function to ensure that the processes and procedures are as efficient as possible to support continued growth
- Working with the senior leadership team to develop KPI's and management information to enable better understanding of cost drivers and commercial opportunities
- Potential for promotion to Finance Director within short to medium term

To be considered for this position you will hold a formal accounting qualification (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) and will have a proven track record of leading and developing a finance function. Experience within food/FMCG would be highly desirable and in line with a planned ERP system implementation, knowledge of such a system would be beneficial.
