SalaryOur public sector client based in Wales is looking for an Interim Head of ICT.
As a member of the core Leadership team, you will oversee all functional responsibilities for live services provided within this organisation. You will lead a department of approx. 100 with 4 direct reports and third-party providers. Working during a period of transformation, you will support all functional responsibilities and fulfil a key strategic role.
Head of ICT Responsibilities:
Lead and develop high performing services that are stakeholder focused, efficient, effective and are aligned against appropriate service level agreements.
Implement and maintain processes for maintaining out of hours cover for appropriate ICT systems.
You will be responsible for:
- ICT service delivery
- ICT service maintenance and improvement
- Cyber and information security
ICT Degree level or equivalent
Previous experience of working in a senior ICT position within the Public Sector
Experience of working as part of a senior management team in a technical environment
