Job Description
What will you be doing?
Responsible for a growing team of 4 Inside Sales Executives and reporting to our UK Sales Director, you will be take ownership of the strategic plan and vision for all things Inside Sales at Teya in the UK. This is a unique opportunity to manage and run an ever-evolving team within one of the UK’s most exciting unicorns. We have some exciting projects starting up and day-to-day you will:
Support with the strategy, implementation and rollout of new internal systems including our new CRM, Hubspot
Work closely with a tech and product counterpart to drive further investment in our Inside Sales Tech Stack.
Develop and implement effective data-driven Inside Sales strategies based on market trends, customer feedback and competitor activities with a focus on acquiring new business
Inspire, motivate and grow your team to deliver on our ambitious growth goals for 2024 and beyond
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product and marketing, being a ‘voice of the customer’ to help continuingly improve our product offering

What can we offer you?
On top of your basic salary, you will be able to earn uncapped commission with typical on-target earnings of £95,000-£105000 in your first year
