Position Overview:
As the Head ofInternal Sales and Customer Experience, you will be a strategic leader responsible for driving sales growth and ensuring unparalleled Customer Experience. This pivotal role requires a dynamic individual with a proven track record in sales leadership and a passion for delivering exceptional Customer Experiences.
Leading, motivating, coaching and developing a team of multi skilled based staff, driving sales optimisation and supporting a mixture of customers, processes and enquiries to deliver industry leading experience. You will lead by example and be a role model to the team and within the department. Your role is critical in ensuring successful delivery of the overall projects division strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy and Leadership:
- Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Foster a high-performance culture, encouraging collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Customer Service Excellence:
- Oversee the customer service department to ensure a seamless and positive Customer Experience.
- Establish and maintain customer service standards, policies, and procedures.
- Implement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
- Market Analysis and Forecasting:
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and contribute to the development of pricing strategies.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to market needs.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to align Sales and Customer service efforts with broader company objectives.
- Performance Metrics and Reporting:
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Sales and Customer service teams.
- Provide regular reports to senior management, detailing performance against targets and recommending improvements.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience as a sales or service leadership role with a focus on Salesforce integration and optimization.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and train teams.
- Strong strategic planning and execution skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Salesforce certifications are desirable.
