Head of IT - Lancaster - Salary £63,000
The Company:
Lorien are partnered with a Software company based in Lancaster. Reporting into the Dpt. CEO you'll be responsible for the overall IT strategy, there's a key focus on the introduction of automation and AI, how we can successfully leverage this aiding with efficiency. This role will be hybrid with a mix of onsite in Lancaster and remote working.
The Role:
Joining the business as the Head of IT, your core responsibilities cover the complete management of the IT systems which include, Infrastructure, Service Desk, Cyber Security, Project Management ERP and CRM. Whilst there is a strategy in place, you will have opportunity to tweak, adapt and implement your own initiatives across this.
We need a leader who has experience managing stakeholders from internal and external groups to direct reports. Having experience managing budgets, including forecasting, estimating and P&L accountability will be helpful in this role.
The Skill Requirements:
We're looking for a blend of the following skills:

• Proven background in an IT Management role
• Broad knowledge of IT aspects (Infrastructure, Cyber Security, Tech Support, ERP, CRM)
• Experience with P&L accountability (Budgeting, forecasting, etc.)
• Excellent stakeholder management and proven track record of successful project management
• Eagerness to utilise Automation and AI to improve efficiency
