Joining a successful luxury investment company this role will see you reporting to the Co-founder, coming into their fourth year of successful operation you will be building a new marketing team to accelerate growth.
To be successful in this role you must have experience across all aspects of Marketing including digital marketing, PR and content marketing.
A key requirement for this role is that you have experience with an alcohol brand or within the alcohol industry.
Key responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Co-founder you will develop a comprehensive marketing strategy across PR, digital marketing including performance marketing, content and social.
- Managing a team of four you will oversee the implementation of the marketing strategy whilst managing projects and ensuring that deadlines are being met and results are achieved.
- Liaise and collaborate with their E-commerce and Retail Manager to ensure that core business goals are being achieved via the assistance of Marketing.
- Managing the marketing budget and advising allocation of Marketing spend.
- Oversee the creation of high-quality content that is appropriate for a high net worth/Ultra high net worth target audience.
- Oversee the development of an effective email marketing campaign strategy and lead the email marketing team providing advice and direction when needed.
- Manage and brief their PR agency, whilst ensuring that key initiatives are being met.
- Lead all aspects of digital marketing, including PPC campaigns, social media advertising and the management of the external paid advising agency.
About you:
- You will have worked within the Alcohol industry and have a strong knowledge and understanding of the sector.
- Be a well-rounded marketer with experience across all marketing channels.
- Be a strong leader and have experience building and developing marketing teams.
Remunerations package: £100,000 - £120,000
