We are looking for an experienced marketing analytics lead looking for their next step in their career. This is an exciting opportunity to take on our Marketing Insight & Analytics team, working alongside our Marketing and Web Development teams in successfully managing multiple brand websites (Retail and Ecommerce) and marketing channels. We are offering a basic salary of up to £60,000 for this role.
This is a critical role within our business to lead our Marketing Insight & Analytics strategy, development and delivery to drive data-led optimisation of our marketing performance. Our central marketing team is based in Gateshead, and we offer hybrid working for this role.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead analytical insight development to improve marketing Sales, Aftersales and Ecommerce performance – cost effectiveness and volume of qualified leads.
- Provide leadership and development for a team of 4 analysts.
- Lead Digital marketing analytics development and governance.
- Lead high impact improvement projects using analytical and technical experience.
- Strategic review and development of MarTech analytics to deliver our marketing objectives.
- Ownership and development of Google Tag Manager and the tracking tags & pixels within the container which sit across our front-end web sites.
- Ownership and development of web call tracking processes and insight.
- Design & lead development of data models, data automation systems & dashboards.
- Provide analytics expertise to our digital marketing team.
- Lead, design & develop actionable insight on marketing campaigns, channels and promotions.
- Lead and design attribution models to be used for performance insight and CRO.
To be considered for this role:
- You will have extensive Marketing Analytics experience at an analyst and managerial level for an online retailer or ecommerce business.
- You will be an excellent communicator at all levels of the business with the ability to influence and drive change.
- You are highly adept at designing and developing complex marketing data models to present to senior management with clear actionable insight.
- You have previous managerial level experience in leading and developing teams.
- You have the passion and personal drive to lead effectively and drive improvements in a fast-moving ambitious business.
