Reporting to the Finance, Office & Marketing Director, the Marketing Manager will play a critical role in driving the success of our company's products & marketing strategy. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to promote and sell our products to a variety of target audiences
The role will have an offsite aspect where on a minimum of 2 days per month you will attend customer visits, trade fairs or industry events.
Main Responsibilities
- Budget creation and ongoing management
- Brand custodian ensuring consistency across the business in line with company guidelines.
- Day to day management of external agencies.
- Oversee the ongoing development and maintenance of the company online presence including web site & digital marketing.
- Develop and implement comprehensive product marketing strategies and plans
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends.
Skills/Knowledge
- Educated to degree level or equivalent (pref. Marketing or Business)
- CIM qualification an advantage
- A minimum of 2 year's experience in Communications role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programmes; particularly Adobe, Foxit, InDesign, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Experience in analysis and reporting of campaign/ digital activity.
