If you’re a motivated and entrepreneurial manager who can prioritise and maximise opportunities for wildlife on our Nature Reserves and in the wider countryside, then we are looking for you. Come and help us ensure that the Trust demonstrates best practice in all areas of land management and works effectively to support other land managers in achieving nature’s recovery.
You will be an ambassador for and lead our work across GWT Nature Recovery Zones. Successfully integrating GWT Nature Reserves with our Nature Recovery Zone work programmes and projects. You will ensure our nature-rich reserves are more resilient because of the work you lead to create bigger, better and more connected ecological networks.
We are looking for a proactive partnership builder with a strong grounding in land management who can extend and develop the scale of our work by working closely with others. This is a significant and strategic management challenge and the postholder will be expected to develop and support all staff who are responsible for land management, as well as managing related budgets.
