Job Purpose:

We arelooking for an ambitious, entrepreneurial, self-starter looking to grow theircareer at a purpose driven scale-up. We are looking for game-changers, with a proventrack record of taking new Enterprise Solutions to market, a strong desire tosucceed and a solid understanding of the leadership development, corporatelearning and ed tech space. You will be responsible fordriving and delivering scalable revenue through our B2B products: corporatemembership, L&D packages (both UK and international) and Alliancemembership.

Alliance Membership providesbusinesses with a tailored framework of support that drives talent acquisition,employee engagement and retention, and leadership development, underpinning thecultural shift required for businesses to optimise for greatness through thepower of gender equity.

Corporate AllBrightMemberships are tailored Membership packages that allow employers to offerAllBright All Access membership to their staff, and include full access to theAllBright townhouse, a global network of clubs, as well as 1-1 and groupcoaching tailored to an individual’s career goals, experience and level. Thesecareer development focused memberships are also available globally in keymarkets.

You will also be tasked withdeveloping a cohesive strategy that ensures AllBright’s commercial goals aremet or exceeded, and responsible for building and leading the team andprocesses that will enable us to do this. This is an ideal role for someone who excels in a fast-paced,proactive, organisation and who truly wants to make a difference.

Outline of Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, deliver and refine an effective commercial strategy that ensuresAllBright is able to achieve its commercial goals in both the short and longterm
  • Establish and coach a high-performing sales team that deliver on monthlyand quarterly meeting, pipeline management and revenue targets
  • Leverage existing industry contacts to build a strong pipeline andcapitalise on short and medium term opportunities to secure New Business
  • Host and establish networking opportunities with our target audience
  • Oversee all relevant pipeline management and forecasting in conjunctionwith the Commercial Director and Finance team on a weekly, monthly andquarterly basis
  • Develop and deploy an effective and proactive lead generation strategyin collaboration with our Head of Marketing
  • Work collaboratively to continuously develop and enhance product andindustry knowledge and develop a bank of sales materials for both internal andexternal usage
  • Establish a comprehensive feedback loop with the relevant product teams,providing relevant and nuanced insights on industry trends, market activities,client and prospect feedback and objections and competitor analysis to helpensure our product offering is industry-leading
  • Research and analyse sales options, producing bespoke and customisedproposals for customers to land New Business
  • Be hands on in the development and delivery of polished and cohesiveclient presentations, host sales events and visit potential client’s businesses,being the face of AllBright
  • Ensure that all member, client, and account data are accuratelymaintained on the relevant platforms
  • Act as a role-model and proudly deliver our promise to clients andprospects by providing world-class service, expertise and attentiveness
  • Understand all areas of the Global AllBright business to better identifypotential commercial opportunities from a enterprise perspective, based on ourbandwidth and global reach
  • Experienced in Salesforce, Excel, PowerPoint and able to optimiseprocesses

Person Specification

  • 6+ years proven B2B sales experience, within organisations focused onL&D, coaching, leadership development or ed tech-based Enterprise Solutionsis essential
  • A self-starter who is commercially driven and results focused – with ademonstrable track record of delivering and exceeding sales targets for arelevant sector or product
  • A Sales professional with a longstanding network of relationships withpotential clients
  • Passionate about working collaboratively with marketing teams to developstrategic, scalable and commercial customer acquisition funnels that provide apersonalised customer experience and build a strong pipeline
  • Strong selling skills and willingness to be hands-on with selling,combined with exceptional negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to execute at pace, with a high level of attention to detail,enthusiasm and diligence
  • Demonstrable experience building and developing high-performing,results-driven sales teams
  • Strong competence in strategic, financial and organisational skills
  • Exceptional stakeholder management both from an internal and externalperspective, with outstanding ability to influence cross-functionally
