As Head of Youth Services you will lead the delivery and development of a portfolio of universal, specialist, targeted and detached youth work programmes across Bristol and South Gloucestershire, providing both strategic and operational leadership.
To act as strategic lead for youth service delivery, including safeguarding and monitoring & evaluation, shaping the way in which provision is delivered through the further embedding of integrity, quality and impact.
Consolidating relationships with partners and other stakeholders, positioning the organisation in the minds of actual and potential new partners, and sustaining and developing existing partnerships.
