Description
* Establishing and maintaining business standards for service, planning and installation efficiency.
* Creating operational budgets - staff/ vehicles/ systems planning.
* Maintaining a positive work environment to improve staff productivity and improved customer satisfaction.
* Ensuring department meets key performance indicator targets.
* Determining the impact of industry, location, and specific risks on the business and review growth patterns
* Sourcing production materials and negotiating the best costs from suppliers.
* Team manager to deliver a team focus to achieve given company goals.
* Oversee the correct use of Salesforce for the Operations Dept and how it integrates into other depts.
* Maintain growth initiatives, support growth and profitability to deliver on.
* Review/oversee invoices & expenses in relation to Service & Operations Dept for approval.
Profile
The successful candidate will be an experience Operator that can lead a busy department and maintain key performance numbers. You will report into the UK MD as well as providing regular reports to senior stakeholders in Europe. You will be organised and flexible with the ability to manage multiple projects/tasks across multiple time zones. You will have strong systems and IT skills with the ability to navigate the new ERP system. Through your leadership skills you will support and maintain a growing team and business unit to deliver on all business metrics.
