Our Beauty brand client is looking for a special person to lead and manage this crucial part of their business - Operations and Supply Chain. As with most SMEs you’ll need to be able to lead from the front and hands-on as well as strategic, able to apply an agile attitude. Working closely with suppliers, contract manufacturing partners and warehouse providers globally and internally with the Sales function.
Known for innovation and solution focused Skincare products as well as Cosmetics the brand’s reach is truly global and therefore demand planning, sku analysis, worldwide stock movement and stock-taking. Leading on operational reviews and improvement.
Advanced IT skills are required; Microsoft Office, SAP and Excel are all essential.
This role could suit an experienced Manager looking to step up into their first Head of role able to demonstrate excellent commercial awareness, ability to use independent judgement and manage through leadership, empowerment and delegation.
Proven experience within the Beauty sector is highly preferred. Similar luxury trend-lead wellness consumer products such as Fragrance, Bath & Body, Toiletries, Supplements, Gifting may be considered.
