This role is crucial in driving their shared services, process improvement, people data and people management to new heights. You will be supporting the implementation of iTrent and helping to enhance data integrity to empower strategic data-driven decisions in the long-term. You will play a pivotal part in their growth by strengthening the HR function, so they are looking for someone who is resilient, can challenge, and is a strong leader and mentor.
Essential Skills/Experience:
- Expertise in HR systems change, improvement & implementation
- Track record in HR process improvement
- Management experience is essential
- Background in HR shared services
This is a full-time role paying £70,000 - £75,000, plus bonus. Their Head office is based in central Midlands with minimal travel.
