As the Head of Operations, you will be at the forefront of ensuring the smooth functioning of our institution. Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing daily operations, managing resources, implementing efficient processes, and contributing to the strategic direction of the college..

Responsibilities

• Shape, maintain and implement the strategic plan.
• Oversee operational activity in key areas including HR alongside our service provider, legalities, governance, ops project delivery, insight and advice into other operational areas, oversight and control of the ops budget.

Further Information

This is a Job sharing partnership. As job share partner, we envisage the successful postholder will work approximately 60 percent of one full time position equating to 21.75 hours per week (negotiable). This is a Fixed term contract for one year.
