Head Of People Services - Hybrid

Working exclusively with a Client in Essex who are looking to appoint a Head of People Services into their established People Team.

This role is being offered ideally on an initial fixed term basis but there is a permanent role there available for the right candidate.

• Payroll
• Reward
• Compensation & Benefits
• Systems

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in a similar Reward and Payroll managerial role.
• Strong background in managing payrolls and benefits within a large organisation.
• Demonstrated ability to generate significant savings and improve processes.
• Knowledge of payroll and reward legislation, GDPR, and pension regulations.
• Excellent communication skills, with experience in report writing and presenting.
• Leadership experience, with the ability to manage and develop a team.
