Working exclusively with a Client in Essex who are looking to appoint a Head of People Services into their established People Team.
This role is being offered ideally on an initial fixed term basis but there is a permanent role there available for the right candidate.

Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in a similar Reward and Payroll managerial role.
- Strong background in managing payrolls and benefits within a large organisation.
- Demonstrated ability to generate significant savings and improve processes.
- Knowledge of payroll and reward legislation, GDPR, and pension regulations.
- Excellent communication skills, with experience in report writing and presenting.
- Leadership experience, with the ability to manage and develop a team.
