- Leading HR team of People Advisor and People Officer
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Complex employee relations cases, redundancies and providing guidance and advice to People Advisor on their cases.
- Collaborating with L&D on development, training and performance management
- Manage the company's compensation and benefits to ensure they are competitive, equitable, and aligned with industry standards and regulations. Conducting US and UK benefits review.
- Leading the annual pay review and bonus process and biannual promotion process. Conducting benchmarking
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations and keep abreast of changes and developments in HR best practices and legislation. Including leading visa sponsorship, ensuring compliance across UK and USA
- Collaborating with ELT and SLT on employee engagement data, encouraging accountability and driving action plans
- Tracking HR data including attrition, exit interview and engagement and working with stakeholders to drive initiatives. Building enhanced HRIS HR Data dashboards and enhancing attrition reporting
- Annual gender and ethnicity pay gap reporting, DEI headcount reporting
- Oversee HR administrative functions, HRIS management, and record-keeping, to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Reviewing processes, policies and procedures.
- Collaborating with wider People team on projects and initiatives.
- Proven experience in all areas of HR.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
